Legal Counsel for the Elderly provides assistance to individuals 60 years of age and over with a wide variety of issues including health care, public benefits, and protective services.

We are not allowed to assist clients in handling:
- * Criminal Matters
- * Filing Bankruptcy
- * Fee Generating Cases
The program is funded through the Alabama Tombigbee Regional Commission by Older Americans Act funds. No legal fees are charged, but contributions are welcome.
